Privacy Policy
EZOps is an AI-powered operations assistant. This policy explains what information we process, why we process it, and the choices available to you.
1. Information we process
- Account information: email address, display name, profile image, authentication provider, and password hash when you use email registration.
- Server connection information: server name, host, port, username, service configuration, and SSH credentials. Stored SSH passwords and private keys are encrypted at rest.
- Operational content: diagnostic questions, commands, command results, system metrics, service status, log excerpts, diagnostic reports, and terminal-session audit information.
- Subscription information: product, entitlement, subscription status, renewal period, and a service-specific customer identifier. Apple handles payment-card information; EZOps does not receive complete payment-card details.
- Usage and technical information: AI token and diagnosis usage, timestamps, IP address, user agent, device or app information included in requests, and security or error logs.
2. How we use information
We process information to authenticate users, connect to authorized servers, provide monitoring and AI-assisted diagnosis, maintain diagnostic history, operate subscriptions, enforce usage limits, secure and troubleshoot the service, and comply with legal obligations.
3. AI processing and service providers
Content needed for a diagnosis may be sent to our AI model provider, currently Alibaba Cloud DashScope/Qwen, to generate analysis and recommendations. We also use service providers including Google for optional sign-in, Apple for App Store distribution and payments, RevenueCat for subscription management, and infrastructure providers for hosting and database operations. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies and only for the functions they provide.
4. Sharing and sale of information
We do not sell personal information and do not use it for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking. We share information only with the service providers described above, when directed by you, to protect users and the service, or when required by law.
5. Security
We use transport encryption, access controls, encrypted storage for server credentials, and operational safeguards designed to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security. You should connect only servers you are authorized to administer and use appropriately restricted SSH credentials.
6. Retention and deletion
We retain account and service data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by data type. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. We may retain limited records where legally required or necessary to protect the service.
7. International processing
Your information may be processed in countries or regions other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
8. Children
EZOps is a professional operations tool and is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of your personal information. You may disconnect servers, remove stored server configurations, restore or manage subscriptions through Apple, and contact us to exercise applicable rights.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. We will publish the revised policy here and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated in the App or through another appropriate channel.

EZOps 是一款 AI 运维助手。本政策说明我们处理哪些信息、处理目的以及你可以作出的选择。
1. 我们处理的信息
- 账户信息：电子邮箱、显示名称、头像、登录服务商；使用邮箱注册时还会保存密码哈希。
- 服务器连接信息：服务器名称、主机地址、端口、用户名、服务配置和 SSH 凭据。保存的 SSH 密码和私钥会加密存储。
- 运维内容：诊断问题、命令、命令结果、系统指标、服务状态、日志片段、诊断报告及终端会话审计信息。
- 订阅信息：商品、权益、订阅状态、续期周期和服务专用客户标识。付款卡信息由 Apple 处理，EZOps 不会收到完整的付款卡资料。
- 使用和技术信息：AI Token 与诊断使用量、时间戳、IP 地址、User-Agent、请求中包含的设备或 App 信息，以及安全或错误日志。
2. 信息使用方式
我们使用相关信息进行用户认证、连接已获授权的服务器、提供监控和 AI 辅助诊断、保存诊断历史、管理订阅、执行用量限制、保障和排查服务问题，以及履行法律义务。
3. AI 处理与服务提供商
完成诊断所需的内容可能会发送至我们的 AI 模型服务商（目前为阿里云百炼 DashScope/Qwen），用于生成分析和建议。我们还使用 Google 提供可选登录、Apple 提供 App Store 分发和支付、RevenueCat 提供订阅管理，以及基础设施服务商提供托管和数据库服务。这些服务商依据其自身条款和隐私政策处理信息，并仅用于提供相应功能。
4. 信息共享与出售
我们不会出售个人信息，也不会将其用于第三方广告或跨 App 跟踪。我们仅会向上述服务提供商共享必要信息，或在得到你的指示、保护用户和服务、法律要求的情况下共享信息。
5. 安全
我们采用传输加密、访问控制、服务器凭据加密存储和运维安全措施来保护信息，但任何系统都无法保证绝对安全。请仅连接你有权管理的服务器，并使用权限适当受限的 SSH 凭据。
6. 保存与删除
账户存续期间，我们会为提供服务而保存账户和服务数据；为解决争议、保障安全及履行法律义务，也可能在必要期限内保留相关数据。不同数据类型的保存期限可能不同。你可以联系我们，请求访问、更正、导出或删除账户及相关数据。法律要求或保护服务所必需的少量记录可能会被继续保留。
7. 跨境处理
你的信息可能会在你居住地以外的国家或地区处理。适用法律要求时，我们会采用适当的跨境传输保障措施。
8. 未成年人
EZOps 是专业运维工具，并非面向 13 岁以下儿童或当地法律规定的最低年龄人群。我们不会在知情的情况下收集儿童个人信息。
9. 你的选择和权利
根据你所在地区，你可能有权访问、更正、删除、限制处理、反对处理或获取个人信息副本。你可以断开服务器、删除服务器配置、通过 Apple 恢复或管理订阅，也可以联系我们行使适用权利。
10. 政策更新
我们可能会随着服务变化更新本政策。修订版本将在本页面发布，并更新生效日期。重大变更还可能通过 App 或其他适当渠道通知。
